Please be informed that branch will remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month w.e.f Jan 2, 2018. Branch will remain open on the remaining Saturdays for normal customer service from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
ICICI Bank Bahrain Debit cum ATM cards carry EMV chip as well as magnetic strip and they were configured to work equally well in magnetic strip ATM and points-of-sale as well as chip-enabled ATM/POS terminals across the world.
However EMV chip transactions have enhanced security over Magnetic Strip transactions.
Recently various debit card skimming frauds have been identified in Bahrain. Hence to maintain the safety and security of the customer account and as per the directive of Central Bank of Bahrain only Chip and PIN authorised transactions will be allowed for our debit cards inside as well as outside Bahrain at ATM as well as point of sale.
Customers will not be able to do transactions at ATM and Point of sale terminal, which are not enabled to accept Chip and PIN transaction inside as well as outside Bahrain.
Please visit ICICI Bank Bahrain branch, if you are not able to use your ICICI Bank ATM cum debit card at chip enabled ATM or point of sale.
