Non Resident Indians, resident in Bahrain

1. Photocopy of a valid Passport
2. Photocopy of a valid visa (either within the Passport or separately) or a declaration that the applicant does not have a valid visa, giving reasons for the same
3. One photograph per applicant
4. Photocopy of any one of the following:
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. Driving License in the country of residence
   3. Resident Identity Card OR
   4. Any other document establishing residency (these documents are accepted on a case to case basis)
5. If the address on the supplied documents is not the present address, then we would need a copy of any one of the following as proof of address:
   1. Your latest Electricity Bill
   2. Your latest Telephone Bill
   3. Your latest Bank Account Statement, that contains your present address.
6. Valid and acceptable documentation evidencing exemption/ concession from deduction of tax at source/ withholding tax, if any as may be applicable in future under the tax laws in force from time to time.
7. Fax Indemnity Form (optional).

1. Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Commercial Registration (certified copies)
2. Memorandum of Association (certified copy)
3. Articles of Association (certified copy)
4. Partnership Agreement, if applicable (certified copy)
5. Board Resolution to open the account
6. Certified copies of latest financial report (audited, where possible)
7. List of authorised signatories and board resolution authorising the named signatories to operate the account
8. Identification documents of authorised signatories.
